Embracing the Mission Mentor Development Program

The purpose of the Collegium Catalyst Grant is to support the establishment of the Embracing the Mission Mentor Development Program. The program will not only train current faculty to become good in mission-focused mentors with a stronger understanding of the Catholic Intellectual Tradition, Catholic social teachings and the values of a Marianist education, it will also encourage our faculty to explore how these teachings already influence their work and what more can be done in the classroom, оге с their research, their student and colleague interactions, and in their personal faith lives. An ultimate goal of the program is to develop a faith-filled community of scholars as exemplars for our students in their vocation as academics and scholars.
