The Sisters of St. Joseph Faculty Institute

In collaboration with Collegium alumni from St. Catherine’s University, a fellow Sisters of St. Joseph (hereafter, CSJ/SSJ) institution, and inspired by our own institution’s benefit from sending faculty to Collegium, Fontbonne University will host and direct a co-designed “Faculty Institute” for faculty from our and our sister institutions on the charism and Catholic identity of the CSJ/SSJs and on the Catholic Intellectual Tradition, more broadly. The Institute will explore how we can live out the CSJ/SSJs’ charism and the Catholic intellectual tradition in our teaching, research, and service. Grant funds will support the launch of this Institute, which has become a more urgent endeavor as the presence of CSJ/SSJs on our member campuses diminishes.
