Deborah J. Pembleton is an Associate Professor in the Global Business Leadership Department where she teaches International Human Resources and International Organizational Behavior. She received her Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership, Policy, and Development with a focus on International Education from the University of Minnesota. She is a faculty member in the Global Business Leadership Department where she teaches International Human Resource Management and International Organizational Behavior. Throughout her classes and research, she focuses on the internationalization of business education and cross-cultural leadership with a particular focus on Southeast Asia. She is a member of several professional organizations including the Academy of Management and the Society for International Education, Training, and Research (SIETER) and the Organizational Behavior Teaching Society. Prior to her academic career, she attained over 20 years of industry experience with IBM Corporation and 3M Company.
